A bit of a catch up
I’ve just arrived back in London. I had to return home from India earlier than planned, but it was still an excellent trip. I completed the walk as planned and I’ve got loads of material that I’ll be putting up on the site over the coming weeks.

Alastair spent 4 years cycling 46,000 miles round the world, a journey described as "the first great adventure of the new millennium". He is currently training for SOUTH, the first unsupported return journey to the South Pole. Click here to read more.
