Every month I visit the Lake District to spend a day running in the hills. It’s good for the body, good for the head, good for the soul. I film the run and chat to myself about whatever feels important that day.
Today: learning to enjoy now.

    I would have never guessed you were 40! Your boyish enthusiasm and exuberance for the adventure many of us adored, but have now lost in older age, is both inspiring and contagious! It goes to show you are only as old as you feel.

    -what mountain was it?
    -did you film all that yourself or was there a camera man/woman?

  6. Great video. I can really appreciate the work that went into filming that alone. Some of those shots were pretty far away. Lots of running up hills twice.
