    I would like to buy The boy who biked the world, mappazines and your CD. However the link for the mappazines does not go to the pay/checkout page (it goes to the paypal home page).

    Because I live in Australia how do I buy all three together so only one postage is paid? It seems each item you need to pay separately for.

    I really would like to buy all three items.
