Nothing Breaks a Vicious Cycle Like a Vicious Cycle: wise words on this ace ad from howies.

I took them at their word this weekend and burned off those sitting-at-the-computer-chasing-£££-for-too-bloody-long blues by heading out to Bedgbury Forest for a good burn-up on my new Orange mountain bike.

I’mm also really excited that howies are going to let me write occasionally for their blog, which they call brainfood. Apart from making cool clothes (and kindly sending a couple of nice shirts my way), I really like the howies ethos and approach to life.

So do yourself a favour – grab a quick snack of brainfood, then jump on your bike and go gulp in some fresh autumn air.
