Running from Scotland to the Sahara

Dr Andrew Murray ran 2659 miles in 78 days from John O’Groats to the Sahara Desert.
Andrew averaged a staggering 34 miles a day, for 78 consecutive days (that’s over 100 marathons!).
Here he explains his adventure using just 20 slides which each scrolled on automatically after 20 seconds: a 400 second adventure.

Around the World in Search of Mullets

Is this the most epic expedition of recent years?
No.
It’s a bloke trying to go to every place on Earth with the word ‘mullet’ in its name. You have to be a bit of an idiot to do that…

On the other hand, this is as good an excuse as any to go new places, meet new people, learn new stuff. In which case it’s as valid a journey as any, and a heck of a lot more fun than most…
