  1. Were you ever able to build up to doing 100 push-ups in a single go. I tried, but I can still only do about 40. The regimen that is recommended in that article is so hard. It’s killer. I couldn’t keep up with it.

  2. I can do about 55-60 press ups then i fall flat on my face
