Make a resolution today, for the rest of the year

There are now only 10 days to go until the end of 2009.

Did you keep your New Year’s resolution?

Did you keep your End of Year resolution?

Today, don’t worry if you failed them all!

Today, set yourself a resolution that you will stick to for the rest of the year. A resolution that you will keep for just 10 days.

It’s only 10 days, but it’s a resolution. It’s a start.

End the year with a fresh start.

Last year instead of resolutions like lose weight, do more running, I wrote a whole list of things I wanted to do in the year. Then spent the whole rest of the year doing them. Much was easier to do because it was all things I wanted to do e.g. I had learn to sail, go watch the tour de france live, complete first ultra marathon etc on mine.

  3. I am going to come up with goals and a plan for each goal so that I will achieve them in 2010. One is to complete the Dirty Kanza 200 – a 205 mile endurance race through the Flint Hills of Kansas. Hey Al, share at least one goal and enter a drawing for one of my canvas prints! Oh and BTW, I am over 1/2 way through your first book. I love it. I really like how you were able to share your emotional roller coaster with the reader. I need to find some quiet time to read it and the other two.

    Happy New Year!
