Tips for Preparing to Speak in Public

Speaking in public can be a frightening, nerve-wracking affair. Proper preparation is therefore absolutely critical.

Here then are my top secret tips…

1. Make sure you get an excellent night’s sleep.


2. Take a refreshing bath in the morning to invigorate and relax you.
