    Cool website I love running in the hills as well and have just signed up for the cape wrath ultra next may 18. Helps keep depression at bay!!!

  6. This morning, a friend and I got up at 6 to run up a fell and skinny-dip in a tarn. We’re not ‘serious’ runners though; we’re laughing, chatting, messing-around runners. Running in the hills is when I’m most alive.
