    #4 is awesome.

    #5 can get you arrested. Don’t do it… especially if your neighbor’s car is a dark color. You can scrub scratches into the paint finish if you don’t know how to wash a car. Then, the neighbor could see you doing it and you’re liable for damaging the car…
    ….never do something to someone’s property without their knowledge. Especially someone’s car or vehicle.
    ##Buy your neighbor a complimentary car detail at a local business. You help your neighbor the right way, and you help the local business at the same time.
