- It astonishes me how much work goes into a mere 90 seconds of film (which you’ll probably mostly ignore as you sip your skinny macchiato and wonder how early you can skive off work to go for an evening swim in the river…) Please Don’t Ignore Me!
- Most of the things I like in life, in 7 simple steps… JUMP IN!
- Here’s what I pack for an overnight swimming microadventure. READ THE LIST
- My most enjoyable run of the past month. I joined in the London Relay and you can, too. This is its final weekend. 4,000 miles. 2,500 runners. 1 Baton. The I Move London Relay is a 4000-mile run completed in 10K and 5K loops, in central London, repeated for 30 days and 30 nights in July. A new Guinness World Record. Groups of 2-50 participants will run each leg. But don’t put down the baton! JOIN THE LONDON RELAY THIS WEEKEND
- I’m kicking myself only to share this with you literally at the very end, but Ed’s unicycle trip round the world has been great fun. If you’re near Somerset you can join Ed on his final few miles towards home… (And this Instagram post will warm your cockles.) WHERE’S ED?
- My personal challenge is to write a book a year. I normally succeed. That I did not last year was mostly because picture books take a STONKING amount of time and work! I hope that you like it. ORDER NOW
